One-hour dramas by Joe Frank air alternate Wednesdays at 4pm (Eastern) on Irwin's program. The episode "Eye in the Sky," from Joe's Somewhere Out There series, airs Weds. March 25th. From a helicopter high above Los Angeles, traffic reporter Joe describes one incident of mayhem after another on the freeways of Los Angeles, and advises alternate routes. After his copter is hit by a missile, Joe philosophizes about life as his chopper plummets to the ground.
